        Shipping was fast and the item was packaged well. Unfortunately it also appeared to be DOA. Seller communication was great. Further troubleshooting revealed that the electronics of the drive had failed but the mechanical part was in good working order. I elected keep this as a spare mechanical unit and declined a refund. Again, seller understanding and communication was great. Would gladly make future purchases. Thanks!
