    There was an issue with the purchase that was promptly addressed by seller in a reasonably satisfactory manner. While I wish there was no issue that needed dealing with at all, I believe the seller did address it and over all handled it well. Fast shipping. Excellent communication.     Item arrived as described and a good value but was not packed well. Item was loose in its box and sustained some minor damage as it was not contained within the box. Seller did have the item box in another outer box, which was well packed, but did not protect the item in the inner box. Advice: pack the item well within its original box before shipping.

    Sorry about an issue. The product was in New Retail box. It's manufacturer responsibility to protect internal components. If we open each retail box to add extra packing, it's no longer considered new. As you mentioned we did our best to double box it.
