The power supply was probably never in service, However, it really wasn't well, packed, I could feel it sliding around in the box when I picked it up, the only damage was that the cover, massive piece of aluminum that Motorola used was only bent on three corners where it extended below the chassis. The lesson here is that simply a good wrapping in bubble wrap will not suffice for a heavy opject like a power supply, The inside was prestine, like factory-new.

Hello and I am sorry this came to you loose. It was packed tightly when it left our warehouse. Can you tell me if it looks like the box was possibly opened at all by the shipper?
