The item was placed in its original box w/o any packing material to prevent the item from moving around inside the box. As a result, the couplers at either end of the caboose I purchased were dislodged during shipment. Shame on you Gabe Trains. Fortunately there doesn't appear to be any serious damage. The rest of the caboose looks great. Still a little disappointed though.
