Since it was a hat I was a bit concerned the seller would use one of those flimsy bag mailers but that was not the case. She safely packaged it a box to prevent any damage during transit. I appreciate the extra time and care she exhibited. Shipped very fast, the item was ordered on a Friday and shipped later the same day and received the following Monday. She also sent me an email with the USPS tracking number.
