I don't believe that because one of the rares (and a couple others probably, don't remember which) had damage with deep penetrating scratches on them, likely replacements. Packaging in an old Mines of Moria booster box that was mangled but patched together again with packing tape. Replacing the cards back into the torn open packs is a gimmick and doesn't add any value. Overall ok, got what I paid for I guess.
