They're a bit too bright for my personal taste, but nothing too annoying and the color temperature looks good (neutral white). I had to enlarge the screw holes on the assemblies, so they would sit flat. I also had to bend out the pins to make good contact with the electrical connections, since they were far too loose out of the box and didn't light up when screwed in all the way.
