We explained that this was noted in the listing details (the only fault with the unit). Buyer then demanded an off-the-books exchange for a new unit. We refused and noted if he wanted to return the item he could do so through eBay's standard process. He chose not to do so (even though forcing an Item Not As Described return would not cost him anything).
