    I knew it was used but I had to work to get the old wires out of the connector’s because they were cut off to close. The touchscreen isn’t very responsive but it seems to work ok.

    Perfect condition. I think some of the These are as new. The open box returns I believe are because of compatibility. You have to have what is called a 5th “C Wire” in order to have these function. It was an easy install and I love them. Huge upgrade from my previous thermostats.
