Caboose tested when I received it and I found smoke unit burned out! Also the bottle of smoke fluid Lionel packed with each caboose was missing! This was obviously not a “new” caboose! I contacted the seller who replied that the trucks were twist tied so he did not test the unit. Even the twist ties looked like they had been removed and then later reattached. This was one of my very few unsatisfactory eBay transaction
