However there is evidence of an old previous repair which was quite well hidden. I have successfully repaired it again so all is well. I appreciate there is always a danger that delicate objects can be damaged in transit no matter how much care is taken. In this case, particularly as these are not so easy to find, I am a happy customer as repair is hidden.
