Just the picture was delivered. contacted seller they said they made mistake and should of charged me more for shipping and the glass was broke so the frame was not going to be sent? that was not in the listing for item. paid $18for shipping supposedly 8LBS picture weighs about 1LB? should send item back since its not as described but I like the print, I would look elsewhere next time to avoid the bad business that they practice.
