    First things first. Seller gets an A++! When I contacted him to explain that EBAY tracking listed the item as delivered (when it hadn't been), he wrote back immediately. When it finally showed up 3 days later, it was carefully double wrapped to protect the item inside. Many thanks to the Seller for a well done job. I love the patch. Secondly... EBAY tracking is wildly ineffective and often just plain wrong. I love the barrage notices to rate the experience when it hasn't yet. Fix it!
