    Phone has gone to the wrong address, seller did not care. I had to call royal mail for hours to sort it out and finally the phone showed at my door but was not brand new as the seller described, the box was open, the phone supposed to be ready to start but was not, someone else account was on the phone and had to deleted so I can use mine. To anybody's surprise when I sent a picture with somebody else account to the seller , still insisted the phone is brand new. Very unhappy with the service.
