    Shipping was prompt. Package arrived undamaged and in working condition. However, the motor is not an easy replacement swap for the FASCO Model D1092. Be prepared to retrofit. The bolt locations for this motor do not align with the FASCO; the shaft length is slightly shorter on the condenser side; and the shaft diameter is slightly smaller, making the fans not fit tightly to the shaft unless shimmed (this caused my condenser fan to slip off the shaft during operation).

    While the item was advertised and appeared as new at arrival, soon after it become obvious that the unit is faulty. The communicator audio would cut within few seconds after the device is turned on and upon trying to update the firmware the PC (few different I've tried) won't recognise the device so not possible to update the device. Seller won't communicate back, so I had no choice but to return and request a full refund.
