      While the item was advertised and appeared as new at arrival, soon after it become obvious that the unit is faulty. The communicator audio would cut within few seconds after the device is turned on and upon trying to update the firmware the PC (few different I've tried) won't recognise the device so not possible to update the device. Seller won't communicate back, so I had no choice but to return and request a full refund.
