But after getting return approved and i received shipping label and after i shipped item back - seller offered keeping item at less cost which i very politely declined as i shipped item back already. Then person representing seller told me i must redirect to new address he sent me on message( which is against rules) and said if not i would not get refund. Ebay handled- thank you ebay!Follow-up from: 1***7- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.I also forgot to state that seller also sent me insulting message to me after i politely said i had already sent item back using shipping label received from ebay vs being able to send to some address they randomly messaged me. also - i just received another message this morning from seller or person representing seller telling me to call them and they have to go to hospital. i just never have had such an experience and have not and will not respond.
