These units have a logic problem in the processing chip, and the radio randomly will go into a sort of "reboot", resetting any changes made to the equalizer, programmed FM stations, and can affect the bluetooth so a connected phone will not be found. I no longer have the box, otherwise I'd be sending this one back to the seller as I did with the first unit.

The seller was easy to get a hold of. it looks great installed in the truck and fits perfect. It is a great value for the price
