    Positive experience after dialogue started with the seller. Mistakes happen, especially in a high volume selling store - Totally understandable. Seller came through in the end and I am satisfied. Rails have been received but I haven't opened the box - Previous purchases were all good, I trust these are good as well. Will do business with again.     Rails shipped and all is good, packaging good. Inner and outer rails included. Messaged seller to ask if they would combine shipping, no response. So I purchased one set (We will need three, but if there is no combined shipping we will buy them as needed). Zero response from seller is a bummer.
