    They helped me a lot in order to pass customs, great communication! Only detail is that machine seemed to be the one on exhibition (not that much of a deal) and it was missing the tamper which I bought somewhere else (they did offer me a new one but I had to pay for shipping and was different than the one it should have included) Nevertheless I'm grateful for their help and the machine is working perfectly.
