I cannot say if the fins were ever used, but their condition is not new. 1. Apparent oxidation on the rubber, consistent with prolonged improper storage or salt residue following diving, 2. there is a slash in the rubber - contact with a sharp object or some other mishap? 3. The bag shows signs of extensive crumpling that hints at use as a carrying case or improper storage. 5. Faint scratches hinting at use.
