    I tried to contact seller--couldn't. The kit was advertised as NIB. It was not. Pieces were broken or missing, Only 5 of the 8 floor pieces arrived and 3 were broken. 1 had a track nail sticking out of it. Only 3 of the pillars out of 8 were present. The plans are stained. I haven't done a complete inventory. Clearly someone tried to build this model and gave up after breaking the flooring. Don't buy from this seller. If something goes wrong there are no returns and no way to communication.
