According to the device manager, Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43) I ve tried everything (restarting the driver, reinstalling the driver through both Windows and VLI, moving PCIe slots) to no avail. That having been said, the seller sent me a second card to double-check and offered a full refund after that didn t work, so I cannot in good conscience give a negative review.
