The seller did a great job of packaging it, with a box inside a box and lots of bubble wrap. I was disappointed when I turned it on and it wouldn't boot. I was able to get into BIOS but that was as far as I could get. Further inspection led me to discover that the 2GB RAM expansion stick was bad. I replaced it with another I already had and it's working great. Not going to ding seller for that since they probably didn't test it that far.
