The item arrived exactly as ordered, with all parts, in brand-new condition. The postage was expensive, but well worth it, as the packaging was extremely sturdy, and the item arrived sooner than expected. I was able to mount the rack on my Townie in minutes, with just an Allen wrench. The purchase price was well below REI's MSRP for this item. The only thing the seller could have done better is include a photo of the mounted product; that would have saved me a few minutes figuring it out!
