    I purchased this based upon the description, but what arrived was not as advertised. I reached out to the seller and he immediately took responsibility and made the situation right by acknowledging the auction should not have been posted as they did not have the part in stock, but offered another part as compensation. Mistakes can and DO happen, but being willing to acknowledge and rectify them shows TRUE customer service . I will look to this seller again in the future with NO hesitations.
