If I never seen that video about this replacement seal probably would of stuck with the 2 piece rear main. It's installed in a 1971 383 engine. Right now it's still on a engine stand, I believe it's going to work far better than the original style seal. As my dad's old engine would be leaking from the 2 piece seals. Hoping this will be the one that works, will see in a few months after we finish the build. Thx!
