They came with the Fashionphile certificate of authenticity and purchase receipt. The buyer never requested a full refund and return. Instead, 5 days after delivery the buyer requested a 50% refund and to be able to keep the loafers or else he would leave me a damaging review, to which I replied no. Everything I sell is 100% authentic. I would give a full refund if anything wasn’t, which is impossible to happen. These loafers are 100% authentic.
