Item was poorly packaged see photos show significant damage to the box. The changer was wrapped with 3 insulated envelopes hardly any protection at all. There was an obvious internal rattle which would be heard when packaging the changer and difficult to determine if the rattle was original or result of inadequate packaging. I recognize parts not working and no returns, but if an item is poorly packaged, with obvious internal damage before or after delivery your service is unacceptable.
