Radio speedily arrived, well packed and protected. Radio tested, however no reception on bc band ( will take to technician for repairs and cleaning) . In fairly good shape for a 53 year old radio.

I'm glad you are enjoying it. The bc band was functional. Shipping companies these days do not care about the safe shipping of a product. I believe that they think their job is to simply get a box from one place to another without regard for the item inside. It could have been banged around in shipping. How was the box when it arrived?
