I was scared to put it on a chain also cheaply constructed on the chain loop I put it on with my other necklaces but I won't wear it

Here we go again. Buyer wasn't happy with the item one received and just left negative feedback. I contacted him directly, apologized that he wasn't happy. He told me he wasn't going to be bothered with a return and would take the loss. I gave him a full refund for the item and all shipping and taxes and let him keep the item. I then asked that he consider revising the feedback. He refused. Seriously? PLEASE let me know if there is a problem FIRST! I will be happy to make things right.
