Laptop KB didn’t work, sent a link to one another KB that was incorrect and now seller refusing to reimburse for the CORRECT keyboard. Says they will refund and hasn’t, excuses. Avoid, its been a stressful process.

This is completely inaccurate feedback. We refunded the buyer the cost for a replacement part on 25th May. Buyer, please check your bank statement to see this yourself. We also provided a link to where it can be purchased. Buyer sent me a picture of what they received and unfortunately the other seller sent the customer the completely wrong keyboard not matching their picture and description. I have advised the customer to contact the other seller to get the correct part they originally ordered.
