ThinkPad T580 was exactly as described, and the specs matched the listing exactly. Windows 11 Pro preinstalled without bloatware. No BIOS password or Computrace. Batteries in good condition from initial testing. Laptop itself was mostly clean with a few signs of wear. Packaging was fine, and there was no shipping damage observed. However, UPS delayed the package by one day. Overall, a positive experience, and I would recommend buying from this seller again. No issues in 2 days of use.
