We made a mistake because we had multiple of these items and we sent the wrong one. The original had been sold. We could not replace the unit with another. We searched for options and couldn't find one. Very disrespectful of my business knowledge, accusing me of not knowing what i'm doing. I accepted return and sent label. Customer lightly wrapped item in bubble, shrink wrap and tissue paper in an oversized box allowing 6 inches of movement. Equipment was damaged. Ebay reviewing currently.
