Customer service right up there as well, I contacted them the day after delivery because i didn't like Windows 11 and asked if i cold get back to 10. Got a reply and a message how to roll the laptop back within 24hrs, very helpful and brilliant post purchase customer care. I'll be back for another monitor as the new one has put my remaining 2nd monitor to shame.
