95% of bag is functional. Strap adjustment buckle is completely warped and unable to be adjusted. Only picture of warped buckle is on plane that makes it look functional.
The used condition indicates, "The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended." It does not allow for strap adjustment function.
Would have no problem buying non-functional item, as long as any indication made.
