I paid immediately (before he states otherwise to complain about something), and I did get the item fairly quickly; however, the mailed package was nearly in shambles when it arrived. (The item was protruding in several spots.) It did not fit any stock mounting fittings on my factory bike as stated, and I had to order a bracket for it to finally work. After reaching out to the seller, I did not get any reasonable responses, and they didn’t offer any real, usable assistance.

Buyer paid immediately. Clearly stated in the item description:"This is the quick release mounting system so all you need is the mounting kit to attach it to your bike." Buyer did not have the mounting kit(which is not stock on every Harley) on his bike. Either buyer cannot read or didn't bother to read. Buyer was trying to install on backrest mounts which do not work for a luggage rack.What the shipping company does to a box is out of my control. "in shambles" was a complete exaggeration.
