The item was exactly as described, but poorly packed. That's why it arrived broken. I' was so frustrated!😪

The item was not poorly packed. It was packed thoroughly in bubble wrap, in a sturdy cardboard box and marked fragile. Moreover, you have made no attempt to contact me to sort a resolution - this is easily claimed back through GSP and instead your decision is to punish me with negative feedback. I send 100s of fragile parcels a month and have consistently great feedback on packing. My packing was not the issue - the handling by the courier as it's been sent abroad is the issue.
