I'm sorry the lens manual focus did not work up to your standards. The description stated that the manual focus works with some stiffness intentionally so that it does not move during the night while shooting astrophotography. Maybe this was missed in the language barrier? I offer 30 day returns on all my items so you could have returned it instead of leaving negative feedback.
