The dome camera arrived with deep scratches, chips on both sides and obvious failed polishing attempts on the glass — none of this was mentioned in the listing. Seller blamed me with nonsense like “assume the worst in every way.” After return, they withheld 50% of the refund, falsely inflating postage despite “Free Postage.” No explanation was ever given, and only eBay support forced a full refund. Buyer opened an INAD case because the item was not fully working even though mentioned in the description MANY times. We received the item back in worse condition than what we sent it in and deducted from this refund accordingly to eBay’s terms and conditions. We did not inflate postage costs, postage was free. Please do not buy items listed as working with the hopes they are working then claim INAD.
