Poor shipping resulted in one item in my order being damaged. I tried to get this addressed but the seller was unapologetic, and very dismissive. One item was perfectly fine, but they would ONLY accept ALL items being returned. I tried to explain that my schedule doesn't permit me to drop everything to go to the post office and the seller stated that eBay offers 30 days, which is "enough time" for me to be able to jump through their hoops to fix their mistake. Then, seller stopped responding.

What he doesnt say is that he wanted me to mark down other figures in my collection for him and he would keep the 2 figures he received. When I asked for a return of the figures, he refused and wanted me to give him a monetary adjustment. I again asked him to return three figures and he claimed he is to busy to go to the post office. As a business person that he is, he knows the Post Office will pick up the package at his location. His way or no way.

The seller's comments are entirely skewed. I knew my limitations on getting the items shipped back again and offered options that didn't inconvenience me to fix their mistake. Instead of even considering these options, the seller was adamant for the items to be returned. I don't like leaving negative feedback on eBay. We're all just trying to get by. I saw this as my last resort and only option to warn other potential buyers of what they could be dealing with when they order from this seller.
