Retailer: Everything arrived in great condition, no issues with the model and was packaged well. Shipment was slightly delayed, but was informed soon after the order, which gives bonus points toward communication. The delay was due to the fact that I pre-ordered a model which was expected to arrive a few days after, which made most sense to then ship everything at once.
Model: The Model is great, with nice detail and quality from JFOX. Very accurate to the real aircraft. No damages.
