I paid for the item, then this seller asked for an extra $20, which violates EBay policy. I had to have EBay intervene and I did end up receiving the item. BEWARE! The item was described as new, but was clearly opened, but taped up. The item was complete. It also smelled like cigarette smoke.

You could have returned the item. You never said anything to me about this whole transaction. I noticed you never returned the item to me. You never even asked for me to take it back. So I will call ebay because all the legos always come unsealed so I always put tape on them. Knowone has complained about cig. smoke except one lady and it was from the wrapping I used. You just wanted them for free and thats what you got. I hope your happy..
