    Item of good quality,the delay in receiving it was acceptable as it was being resized free of charge.Unfortunately the ring wasn’t resized to the correct size and although the supplier offered to redo it and cover the postage cost we decided to leave it as it was and the wife has to wear it on a different finger to the one she wanted too

    The ring was resized correctly in our workshop; however, it appears the initial ring size provided may not have been entirely accurate. This can sometimes happen if the finger was not measured precisely at the time, or due to natural changes such as a slight increase in finger size over time. Nonetheless, your comments are appreciated, and I will review our internal processes as well:) Raj
