He charges shipping that is unreasonably expensive (over 2x what it actually cost). I know, I checked with the USPS. He also states he will work with shipping but then ignores your messages, I tried to get him to notice by requesting a refund for the difference but he instead offered to refund the whole price if I send it back. Ugh, I need the part.
Oh well, live and learn; I guess. I really need to start reading other people’s feedback on sellers.

I offered full refund with return, but buyer didn't want his money back, I guess is happier to complain over 5 dollars and spend his time calling USPS to check on rates, two thumbs up
