One important note: make sure the cartridge is fully locked back into place after installation—if not, it may come loose during printing. I contacted the seller to request just some cyan ink as promised & to make sure the printer works. He argued with me about the state of the ink & didn't do anything to make it right. I purchased ink on Amazon, we filled the cyan tank & Everything worked fine. I only wanted what was promised in the listing & he refused to even consider that it was missed or heard was wrong.
