Hat arrived as basically described except for a minor issue with the hatband that in full transparency should have been mentioned in the description. However, for a shipping cost of almost $30.00, I expected more than just slapping a label on a box and tossing the hat inside. There should have at least been some wadded up newsprint or something to hold the hat in place while been tossed and jostled in transit. In summary, I did get a nice hat, service neutral.
