When I saw combined postage was more than it cost to mail, I quickly refunded the difference and I offered a full refund if buyer was not happy with order. I also explained the stones were sent as a free thank you gift (which I send on all orders). Correspondence from buyer was harsh and the negative review is unfair as I fulfilled the order I received.
