Some instructions would have helped. It came without a flat drilled plate to secure on the main window to which this unit screws onto. Luckily the old plate from my original unit fitted perfectly. However this is hopefully a helpful warning to others ordering this unit….it also needs a backplate in addition to what is sent in the pack.
