    The cockpit cover has a looped strap to pull the cover, which fits tightly, over the opening. This cover pull strap was torn to the point of being useless. The seller had to know its condition before sending. Also, the cover was identified as NEW. Clearly it was NOT as someone tore the nylon loop. It would take a LOT of misuse to tear it. (We have another, identical cover. The loop I'm referring to on our older cover is still in like-new condition.)
